Life just keeps getting busier!

So after lots of running it has finally paid off. On April 17, 2010 my 3rd year in a row I finished the Salt Lake Half marathon in 1:58:02 I was hoping for a little bit faster but can't complain I wanted to do it under 2 hours and i made it. I also beat my time from last year by 12 seconds whoa! It was so fun Me my sister Cami her husband Ty their friend Trent ran it also along with crystal my sister in law and a good family friend of the pughs jenny nemelka. I was so proud of everyone. everyone did so good. I'm mostly glad its over. though.







On sunday april 25, 2010 we had Kevin's grandmas birthday party. Kevin's grandma is so amazing and is doing so well I love her so much. We are so lucky to have her around still. One thing I love about his grandma is she always looks so well put togther with her makeup on and jewelry she is such a beautiful lady.




Kevin's cute grandma Helen died wednesday april 28 at around 3:30 am. This has been really sad for Kevins family and a releive at the same time Helen had Alzheimers and has been leaving in a care home for about 9 months. before that she lived with Kevins parents for about a year. His whole family took such good care of her and we had so many fun experince with her. We are just so glad that we know that there is life after this life and that she is doing so much better in heaven even though we are going to miss her we know she is better off. Her funeral was on Saturday May 1, 2010. here is her obituary.

Our beloved Helen Keeley Pugh, 86, left this earth April 28, 2010. She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah to Alfred C. and Jesse B. Keeley. A graduate of East High School and the University of Utah, she was active in student government and a member of Lamba Delta Sigma, Delta Delta Delta, and Spurs. In 1945 she married B. Grant Pugh in the Salt Lake Temple. Helen was a convert and served faithfully in the auxiliaries of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She taught at Roosevelt Elementary for many years. In her younger years, she served as a Girl Scout leader at Camp Cloud Rim and was an avid hiker into her eighties.
She is survived by husband B. Grant Pugh, children: Marilyn P. Caldwell (Roy), Richard G. Pugh (Jan), and B. Charles Pugh (Jewel), twenty grandchildren, twenty eight great-grandchildren, brother Arthur R. Keeley (Nadine), sister Beverly K Reed (Charles), and brother-in-law Spencer R Pugh. She was preceded in death by sister Jolene Keeley.



Funeral services will be held at the Winder 7th Ward, 4350 South 1100 East, at 12:00 noon on Saturday May 1, 2010. Friends and Family may gather Friday April 30th from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley, 1007 W. South Jordan Parkway (10600 So.), and Saturday at the church one hour prior to the services. Interment at Elysian Burial Gardens.

The family expresses appreciation to the Staff at Canyon Creek Memory Care and Sunbrook Hospice.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the L.D.S. Humanitarian Fund, L.D.S. Perpetual Education Fund, or Primary Children’s Hospital.

So me and heidi have really hit it off. I love her and we have become really good friends actually best friends:) But I am so mad Mark and Heidi left to Tacoma Washington this morning for work. Every summer Mark goes and sells security systems as well as Darren. So they will be gone until August and I'm not sure what I will do with out Heidi I am going to miss her so much.


So finally were caught up with my grandma parcell 86 birthday party we had for her yesterday. My grandma is so amazing and is so healthy we love her so much. She can still run up and down her stairs and goes to aerobics everyweek its amazing.

I can't believe how busy you've been! And I'm SOOOO proud of you for running the 1/2 marathon AGAIN this year, even after JUST having a baby. You're amazing and I totally miss you. Let's get together soon, ok?
