Cancun!!!

We survived the swine flu. This past week we went to Cancun for a week. It was amazing. The condo we stayed at was in a resort right off the beach. The beach was so beautiful it was the softest sand, it felt like powder and the water was so blue. We had such a good and relaxing time. The Condo we stayed in slept eight easily and there were only five of us so we had plenty of space. In mine and Kevin's room we had a jacuzzi that we loved to sit in at night and look out at the ocean. There was another couple that was suppose to go but last minute they canceled so I ended up being the only girl. Luckily it worked out fine though. Here are some of the things we did while we were done there.

In the air plane on our way to cancun

At the airport in Cancun.

At dinner one night darren had me take a picture of him right after he ate a lime

This guy was painted completly gold, and was break dancing.

All the boys went deep sea fishing one day, so i stayed back at the hotel and laid out and did my own thing. Poor Kevin was sick the whole time trying not to throw up, but they had a good time.

Darren was reeling in this fish, and he was struggling to get it in. When it was getting a little closer it all of a sudden got easier and a shark had come and bit it in half.

This is Chichen-Itza this was one of my favorite things we did, its an ancient mayan village. It was amazing to see how advanced these people were it was really cool.

This was an underground waterhole called a cenote, They say it is over 100 ft. deep and underground rivers is how water gets into it. None of us had swimsuits except for on boy so we all went swimming in our clothes. I had a hard time getting in because there were a million cat fish swimming around with us.

On wednesday we went to excaret. We went snorkeling, went in a zoo area, took naps, ate, and played.

Playing down on the beach.

One of our favorite things to do was to get a game of volleyball going with the other guests. Kevin is so funny he came back looking the exact same as when he left. He made sure he put on 50 sunscreen about every ten minutes, He was determined not to get a burn.
